CANCELLATION OR RETURN POLICY FOR UNDAMAGED ITEMS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel your order at any time up to 14 business days from the purchase of your item. Please note that this does not include custom or personalized items. If you change your mind about your purchase once you have received the merchandise, please return the items in the original packaging within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the item. NieboArte is not obliged to reimburse the cost of return shipping in this matter.
RETURN POLICY FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that merchandise is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible by providing photos of the damage and the original packaging. Return shipping cost will be refunded. Again, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. Depending on the damage, we will remake or refund your item.
